Refund policy
Alco Luxury Street Apparel has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with the 'about the artist' note, with the card of authenticity and thank you card in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item/s must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact info@alcoluxurystreetapparel.com
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

Also note that you as the customer must cover the return shipping and customs and duties, to the return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the product is in good condition within its 14-day return window. If your package(s) has not arrived 7 days after the given shipping date, without any explanation as to why the goods are late, you may be eligible for a full refund, and may the package arrive after this time frame, you may be able to keep it free of cost.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order, free of charge, until your order has been processed. If your order has been processed and sent out for shipping, which is typically within a 24-72 hour window, you will not be charged a 15% of the purchase price, restocking and processing fee, which will be withdrawn from your refund.
