Shipping policy

All goods and services are shipped from Zagreb, Croatia. Depending on your location shipping dates may vary.  Delivery date expectations are provided upon checkout.

If your package(s) has not arrived 7 days after the given shipping date, without any explanation as to why the goods are late, you may be eligible for a full refund, and may the package arrive after this time frame, you may be able to keep it free of cost.
